Julie the Bruce playing a bayan on Thanksgiving 2011. Thank you Robin for lending this to me. It invades my skull. |
Someone I barely know was kind enough to lend me a bayan and since then I've been a little obsessed with them. Here is a site that is one of the more interesting I have found on the subject. If you know anything about accordion, it's like playing the piano key type accordion as a game of Twister for your fingertips. In other words, it's really fun but in the end are you going to be able to get the fingering on that note?
