The Olympics have a Negative Impact on Vancouver accordion to Geoff Berner...Gee, who would have ever expected that!
Vancouver Accordionist Geoff Berner has written a song called
The Official Theme song of the Vancouver Whistler 2010 Olympic Games
Which is all about the taking money away from the community the Olympics is held in, and the impact it has on where they are held. In this case, unexplained orphan deaths will go unexplained because they cut the funding to have some big party for a bunch of athletes. Gee, that makes sense. Thanks, Geoff, for speaking for those who cannot or will not speak for themselves or dissent against something that's a ridiculous waste of money and effort.
